Marshall Arisman, one of the most respected artists of his generation, has for the past 20 years incorporated the spiritual aspects of men and animals into his work. His new work uses animal forms as helper and guides, and these particular paintings reference Native American and tribal art. “I have had a long association with animals and how we relate to them,” he explains. A secondary aspect of his work is the exploration of physical energy that emanates from all living things… the “aura.”
