I am pleased to offer this ultra rare RUF CTR3 Clubsport.  Only 9 Club Sports were produced and this car is in super condition.  Only approx. 1800 miles driven.  The mid mounted twin turbo motor produces 777HP making this car fast, rare and desirable.  

Powering the RUF CTR3 Clubsport is a mid-mounted twin-turbo 3.8 liter flat-six engine from the 996-generation 911, developing… in this case 777HP.  It makes enough HP to take the car from o to 100 km/h in just over 3 seconds, and on to a top speed of over 231 mph.

With a top speed of 231 mph, this is one of the fastest cars in the world and a very rare sight indeed. An exhilarating yet comfortable and practical companion, the CTR3 Clubsport is equally at home on road or track, featuring strong yet lightweight and aerodynamic carbon-kevlar bodywork covering a stiff tubular chassis combined with the famous Ruf Integrated Roll Cage and race bred pushrod rear suspension. Power is provided by a turbocharged and intercooled flat 6 engine while stopping is no problem thanks to high performance ventilated, cross drilled, carbon ceramic brakes. The Clubsport model features additional carbon-fibre enhancements to the wings, door sills, rear deck lid, roof mounted air-duct and a fixed rear spoiler.

Notes from the owner:

This car was built for Gerard Lopez in 2012.  At that time, he was in the process of purchasing a majority stake in RUF from Alois and becoming Chairman.  So you can imagine the special attention this build received.  He kept the car until it was sold to the second owner this past winter, at which time it was sent directly back to the factory.  The interior was completely changed (every one of their cars always has a bespoke interior, this one is fantastic the second owner personally went there and selected the water buffalo hides to be used) and the following services were completed:

• Complete mechanical service, including all fluids, brake flush, etc.
• Four new Michelin PSS tires mounted and balanced (since the car was built, a newer version of the tire and in a larger size became available and the engineers recommended this upgrade)
• The Alpine system was completely updated and bluetooth installed
• The ECU was reprogrammed and mapped to RUF’s latest spec
• The entire front of the car was wrapped in clear protective film

The car had 1,183 miles when all of the above was done, it now has about 2,000 miles.  This car features the sequential shifting, manual 6 speed trans. 

Of these, only nine are Clubsports, and this is the only “narrow” body (meaning without the additional carbon fiber wheel arch extensions – this has a much cleaner, pure look to it).  This car is fitted with both factory options: front axle lift system and full Alpine sound/navigation/camera system.  It has the maximum horsepower of any CTR3 built at 777, and has the next generation (they are just starting to use them regularly) 410mm ceramic brakes.  In addition, the car comes with:

• All books, manuals and sets of keys
• A custom RUF indoor car cover
• Two sets of seats bolsters (three pieces for each seat) so that the driver and passenger can customize their seat.
• FYI, the front lower spoiler (splitter) pictured has a chunk knocked out of it, I have a new one in the box. It came to us that way and we chose to leave the damaged one on there until we got a feel for how low it is.
