2005 Estes Investments One of a Kind Custom Chopper Magazine Bike – Billet Downtube

You may have noticed this gorgeous custom motorcycle on the cover of the July 2006 “Street Chopper” Magazine. Or perhaps in the centerfold of the same magazine or maybe while it was on display for over a year at Exotic Cars of Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
I was very excited when the builder Chad Estes of Estes Investments Custom Motorcycles and owner of House of Chopperz contacted me to help him sell his one of a kind Billet Downtube Chopper known as “Blood Diamond.” This bike is the product of a 6 month labor of love for Chad and his crew.
It is being offered now at an unbelievably reasonable selling price. You will not find a better quality, one off custom with magazine exposure anywhere in the motorcycle market. Please review the information carefully below.
Be sure to spend enough time reviewing the pictures below and pay special attention to the incredible hand fabricated details. The bike carries a diamond motif throughout with many one-of-a-kind metal pieces which were extremely time consuming to create. Time was not a consideration for the builder, only to produce a bike that would make him proud. I think he succeeded.
Chad impressed me as a very dedicated, talented and passionate builder who really wanted to build something different and unique but at the same time, he didn’t want to get caught up in the whole Biker Build Off/OCC hype. He’s not ready to sell his soul to the devil for the sake of major merchandising. He’s a down to earth kinda guy who knows how to build show winning, custom bikes that you would be proud to ride and to own.
If you are content to ride the every day Harley with the tassels on the grips, then this special bike is not going to appeal to you. If instead, you really want to own something that is special and built with blood, sweat and genius, then please read on. This bike will make a statement at the next gathering that you attend. I guarantee it. In my opinion, it is as good as anything out there being offered at twice the price. This is really a unique buying opportunity.
And now the bike:

Why is this Bike So Special? |
This bike is very unique for a number of reasons but primarily because of it’s One-Off hand fabricated Billet Downtube. Chad Estes literally wrote the book on how to create a billet downtube. In fact, he contributed a tech article for “Street Choppers” Magazine in March 2005 on exactly how to do that and the article is called “Billet Downtube From Start To Finish.”
Very few builders today have the skills or take the time to create this unique frame piece. It is believed that you can count the number of bikes with a billet downtube on one hand. Truly unque.
Life in Las Vegas |
“Blood Diamond” actually spent one year of it’s life consigned to Exotic Cars of Caesars Palace. It is Chad’s belief that the bike was there strickly as “eye candy” for the exotic cars and had an exhorbitant price tag of $85,000. I guess they really didn’t want to sell it. Now that it is available directly from the builder, there are significant savings to be had.
Driving Impressions |
The builder believes that this bike would be best suited for a rider who is 6 ft. or taller based on the frame size and rake and stretch. He noted that the bike has tons of power and is very stable at low and high speeds. It trails straight with no wobble. Sweet ride from a sweet bike.
Vehicle Condition – – I have not personally inspected or photographed this vehicle. I am relying on the pictures and descriptions provided by the seller/builder. I can however tell that this bike is in absolutely new condition with less than 100 “test drive” miles. It is clearly a rare opportunity to own a truly unique one-of-a-kind chopper that was featured in a prestigious magazine.
Chad Estes prides himself on not cutting corners when he creates one of his One-Off Customs. It’s all about the quality – It’s all about the bike!!
A Special Bonus: Chad has agreed to autograph and personalize the bike for the winning bidder as well as supply an autographed copy of the “Street Chopper” Magazine in which the bike was featured.
This is a great opportunity to get in on the “ground floor” with a builder who will surely make a mark in the industry.
Please note that the bike is located in Amarillo, Tx. I invite and encourage any interested party to make an appointment to see this bike. This bike will blow you away!!
Please remember that this bike may pose some title or insurance challenges in your state. The bike is currently registered and tagged in Texas.
I cannot be up on motor vehicle regulations for all 50 states so it is up to you to investigate prior to bidding. Not being able to title the bike or get insurance in your state will not be a reason to request a refund. Do your research. I will be happy to help if I can.

Private Auction |
A few words about switching to “Private Auctions” on Ebay – I have decided to run only private auctions based on Ebay’s recommendation simply because of the scammers and thieves who are preying on my bidders. These slimy scammers have targeted my auctions and have sent out bogus “second chance offers” to my bidders and recently one of my bidders even sent these lying thieves $7000.
As a way to protect you the bidder, I am now only going to run private auctions so that your identity will be protected. I apologize for this development but unfortunately, we have only these low life slimeballs to thank (sorry for my bold language).
