Mileage is 23,871 miles +/-. For our Canadian friends, the date of manufacture is Aug. 1995. The car comes with complete service records since new and also includes all manuals with leather case and tool kit. The Ferrari 456 GT combines the performance of a 5,474cc 12-cylinder Ferrari sports car with the comfort of a GT car thanks to a 442 hp dry-sumped V-12 and an easy to shift 6-speed transaxle. The ride is enhanced by speed sensitive steering and a three position adjustable suspension giving true Ferrari GT performance with comfortable Grand Touring for four. Original MSRP back in 1995 was approx. $230k. The endemic 456 window problem is non-existent in this car as it has been professionally repaired. Also, there is no leather shrinkage in the interior which plagues most 456's.
Clearly, service history is crucial when purchasing an exotic car like a Ferrari. The owner has extensive service history so why not highlight the servicing that has been done. Note that the services were performed at Ferrari Authorized dealerships. Below is a summary of those invoices (routine maintenance items were omitted prior to 2007):

I am convinced based on conversations with the owner, viewing the pictures and records that this car is truly in pristine condition.
