Film synopsis: "A sadistic warden asks a former pro quarterback, now serving time in his prison, to put together a team of inmates to take on (and get pummeled by) the guards." The NSS or National Screen Service # in the lower right corner 74/207 indicates year of release, 1974 and sequential order of movie release for that year, 207. The poster does have some flaws - there are some stains visible on the outside edges of the poster as well a thumb tack hole in each of the upper two corners and also a small bit is missing from the top center fold.
