1980 Fiat 124 Spider 2000i

The car spent most of its life in California and just recently found its way to Illinois. The car has been re-painted in the past and recently had a tune up. The engine is clean and runs well. The brakes work fine but the pads will need to be replaced soon. The car does not pull to the left or right during braking. The car does not smoke at all and the shifting is fine.

The car is equipped with an AM/FM cassette player. The convertible top and rear window are both in great shape as well as the glass is also in great shape. The tires have about 60% tread remaining.

The car includes an extra front bumper as well as service manual and owners manual. Also, the glove box is filled with receipts for repairs.

All in all, this is a very nice, clean example of a fun run-around car. There are some minor examples of wear on the outside and inside (see Vehicle condition) but nothing to be concerned with.

This is a great opportunity to buy a Pininfarina designed car in great shape for a very reasonable price.


Overall, the car is in very good shape both cosmetically and mechanically. It runs well and looks sharp. There is a door ding in the passenger side door and also there are some cracks in the dash which is common in cars exposed to the California sun. Also, the wood trim on the glove box is slightly curled.
