1959 Gibson Les Paul Jr Junior Electric Guitar

You are here   >  Musical Instruments
I am pleased to present this authentic 1959 Gibson Les Paul Jr. double cut away guitar. This is the real deal and not a re-issue. Serial # is 922764.

According to my research: With it's symmetrical rounded double cutaways, thick slab mahogany body, and single pickup, the Les Paul Junior began life as Gibson's 'student' guitar, but players had other ideas, rightfully so as these are great guitars!
The owner writes: "I have a 1959 Gibson Les Paul jr. all original with no alterations. It is in very good condition with less than average ware. I purchased it in 1976 from the original owner in South Carolina. This has a cherry finish and double cut away with a single P90 pick-up. It plays and sounds beautiful.

Includes a non-original hard shell case (circa early 1970's). Guitar is located in Staten Island, NY.
